Imaging Tim-1 movement in response to latex beads

Jurkat T cells transiently co-transfected with Tim-1-GFP (green) and ZAP70-TagRFP (red) were incubated with anti-OKT3, anti-CD28 coated latex beads. Mid-plane images were taken every 23 seconds over the course of 19 minutes in a heated chamber on an Olympus FluoView 1000 confocal microscope.
