Ct: Threshold cycle number where florescence signal of each sample reached threshold level as defined by the software. Undetermined: Florescence signal of the samples did not reach the threshold level before maximum (40) PCR cycles of each run. SD: Standard deviation of Ct of technical triplicate of each biological sample.
