Conidiophores were photographed at 400 x magnification after growth at 37<sup>o</sup>C on microscope slides. Measurements were carried out using the ImageJ program (<a href="http://rsbweb.nih.gov/ij/">http://rsbweb.nih.gov/ij/</a>).</p>
