CC4533 Data S1 contain information about means of the zones of inhibitions of the bacterial strain CC4533 (Sphingobium yanoikuyae strain PR86 variant) and Chlamydomonas and corresponding standard deviations. CC4533 Data S2 file contains information on statistical analyses of the zones of inhibitions of the bacterial strain CC4533 (Sphingobium yanoikuyae strain PR86 variant) and Chlamydomonas, induced by four antibiotics. Antibiotics used are: penicillin, chloramphenicol, neomycin and polymyxin B. Three biological replicates were used for the generation of the data.
Two different doses of antibiotics were used: 50 and 100 micrograms of
each antibiotics. Data was collected for CC4533 (Sphingobium yanoikuyae strain PR86 variant) after 3 days of growth at room temperature. Data was collected for Chlamydomonas after 4 days of growth at room temperature (22C).
